Equipping emerging civic leaders with the tools, skills, knowledge, and networks to create lasting change.
The Youth Civic Change Fellowship is a dynamic program supporting emerging civic leaders from rural and youth-led organizations in Africa. Certified fellows join the Youth Civic Change Alliance (YCCA), a regional network of changemakers.
Cohort details and application windows are announced on our blog. Read the full 2025 call for applications for reference, or contact us to be notified when the next cohort opens.
What fellows gain
Fellows receive practical training in civic engagement, policy advocacy, fundraising and resource mobilization, organizational strengthening, and community leadership.
The program also provides mentorship from seasoned civic leaders and an opportunity for fellows to design and implement their own civic project.
